It has now been 3 years since the 94 Celcius team acquired this batch of Parainema, a little-known variety that gives impressively sized and more elongated seeds. Discover, in espresso or filter, its subtle strawberry notes, its beautiful acidity and its sweetness reminiscent of honey.
