Cultivated at high altitude, this batch of coffee from Pastor Ordonez from the Colectivo series is picked at full maturity and sorted by flotation first, then by hand, in order to remove overripe or underripe cherries. He presents delicate notes of red grapes, lime and brown sugar. Its sweet and delicate taste profile is characteristic of the Bourbon rose variety. Its medium roast allows it to be excellent in filter as in espresso.
