This House of Funk anniversary coffee comes from Finca La Indonesia in Colombia. Frank Torres, the original grower, chose the honey process to process freshly harvested Caturra cherries. This brings out notes of star fruit, pomelo as well as spice. Filter roasted, this coffee gives a balanced cup between acidity and sweetness.
