“Cuevitas” is one of the highest farms owned by the Vides family (up to 1950 m above sea level). The San Ramon and Caturra varieties are grown there. This batch is a fully washed and cured batch that underwent an anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours before drying on raised beds for 12 days.
