Preperation

Suggested ratio:1/12 to 1/14

1. Grind 50 g of coffee (coarse grind).
2. Heat water in a kettle to a temperature between 195 ° F and 203 ° F (91 ° C and 95 ° C).
3. Use a scale and stopwatch to control the settings of your brew.
4. Add the freshly ground coffee to the French press, then place it on a zeroed scale.
5. Pour 600 g of water and stir everything with a spoon so that all the grind is submerged.
6. At 2:30 minutes, stir the coffee and water again. Wait another 2 and a half minutes for the sediment to settle to the bottom.
7. Slowly push the plunger down, before reaching the grind.
8. Pour and enjoy.
