This natural coffee from Costa Rica is treated in the Perla Negra way, that is to say that the ripe cherries are packed whole in large bags and left to ferment in an enclosed place until the desired sweetness is obtained. These are then transferred to conventional drying beds. In the cup, we will find notes of black grapes, strawberry and lavender.
