Perfect Storm is a fine example of a coffee from Indonesia whose complexity and quality were challenged by heavy rains and high humidity during the harvesting and drying period, but came out pleasantly. Asman Arianto, the original grower, stretched the drying time, which favored juicy grape and cherry notes with a sweetness reminiscent of coconut.
