From the Tolima region of Colombia, this coffee has been painstakingly produced by the Association of Productores Egológicos de Planadas ( ASOPEP ). This organization brings together around 175 family farms. The latter have combined their harvest to form this batch of Caturra, Colombia and Castillo varieties. When decaffeinated, you get a sweet cup reminiscent of chocolate cookie, honey and strawberry.
