Muza Janja Hill

Muza Janja Hill

This red Bourbon variety coffee is the result of the work of thirteen producers living on Janja Hill in Rwanda. The coffee cherries were processed at the Muzo washing station, owned by Emmanuel Rusatira. Once pulped, the cherries ferment dry for 8 to 12 hours. They are then washed, then immersed in a tank filled with water for wet fermentation. We perceive, in espresso as in filter, notes of milk chocolate, blackberry jam and sweet melon.
