This batch was produced by Luis Rubio on his El Jardin farm in Nicaragua. More than seven acres are dedicated to the plantation of coffee trees at an altitude of 1200 masl. The combination of nutrient-rich soil, carbonic maceration and careful roasting has revealed exquisite flavors of candied apricot. We strongly recommend trying it as a soft infusion.
