This coffee comes to us from the Wilton Benitez farm, Granja Paraiso 92, rooted in the Valle Del Cauca in southern Colombia. This producer and his team have at their disposal a real laboratory allowing them to select and inoculate the best yeasts to create amazing profiles. Discover this coffee that has undergone a double anaerobic fermentation. It has developed aromas of cherry and passion fruit with a sweet finish reminiscent of honey.
