Cascara (Costa Rica)
Pilot Coffee Roasters offers a cascara bag that brings together the pulps of several varieties of coffee trees grown in Costa Rica. Infuse it preferably in a teapot or a French press, using a ratio of 5 g per 220 ml of water at 95 ° C. Let it steep for 4 to 6 minutes. We can expect notes of grape, orange and raspberry with a fairly honeyed texture. To be discovered as a hot or cold beverage.
