
Black Cat Classic Espresso - Preorder
This espresso blend from one batch from Brazil and one from Colombia is a sweet and syrupy classic that offers a nice balance between roundness in the mouth and sweetness. Thanks to the honey process of the batch from Brazil, for which the coffee cherries are only very slightly pulped in order to leave a maximum of mucilage during drying, this allows the coffee to develop more sugars, in this case, reminiscent of toasted marshmallow dipped in dark chocolate.
Recommended ratio of 2.5, i.e.: 18 grams of coffee for 45 grams at the end of the extraction.
