Don Mario is the head of Café Burio, a Costa Rican farm that first emerged due to the financial crisis that hit the country in 1982. Don Mario then used his savings to buy a plot of land and cultivate coffee trees in a sustainable way. He produces micro-lots of Gesha including this one which can be rated between 85-90.
