Job:Coffee sales consultant
The person sought will be responsible for the coffee experience at the store and online through sound advice to help customers identify the coffees that best match their taste profile, while ensuring tight management of physical inventory and in line. In addition to a customer relationship, the person sought must have a marked interest in always wanting to improve their knowledge of everything related to specialty coffee.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to physical and online store customers to advise them on the right coffee based on their taste profile or the necessary coffee preparation accessories
- Preparation of coffee grinds on customer request
- Coffee inventory management and follow-up of supplier orders
- Prepare orders made online
- Ensure proactivity in the face of new customer requests
We are looking for a person:
- Smiling, dedicated, emphatic and curious
- Customer service experience
- Experience in the world of coffee an asset
- Courtesy and interpersonal skills, autonomy and good judgment, sense of priorities and sense of responsibility
- Punctuality, reliability and respect for commitments to the established work schedule
- Bilingual (an asset but not a necessity)
- Love coffee (a great asset)
